Full-field Digital Mammography

Henry Medical Center is committed to the fight against breast cancer that’s why the hospital offers full-field digital mammography to its patients. 

An annual mammogram is one of the best weapons against breast cancer.  And women who have digital mammography instead of the typical analog (or film) imaging have an even better chance: according to a study published in the New England Journal of Medicine digital mammography is shown to improve breast cancer detection in 65% of women.
