Post Offer Health Assessment
Henry Medical Center Employee Health/Workers’ Compensation provides customer-focused, comprehensive, occupational health services, in a confidential manner, to our employees. All job candidates, with an offer of employment, need to complete a health assessment and drug screening prior to the start of In Processing/General Orientation and job responsibilities.
The baseline health assessment is performed to assure that employees meet minimum requirements for the safety of themselves, patients, visitors and coworkers in the healthcare environment. It also provides needs assessment for employee wellness program planning purposes.
Health Assessment Requirements
- TB Skin Test
- Immunization review: MMR and Hepatitis B
- Pre-employment physical assessment
