Henry Medical Center offers a variety of health, wellness, and safety education programs for adults, including health screenings, health fairs and support groups.

Support Groups are scheduled through the Education Office and usually meet at least monthly.

  • Crohn's and Colitis: Meets the third Tuesday of each month, 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Foundation Education Center. For more information visit: www.ccfa.org.

  • Diabetes: Meets the third Tuesday of each month, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Foundation Education Center. Offers support and educational information. Pre-registration required. Call (678) 604-5106. For more information visit: www.diabetes.org.

  • Southern Crescent Parents of Multiples: Meets the fourth Thursday of the month, 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Foundation Education Center.

  • Stroke Support Information: Call (678) 604-1040 for support and resources.

  • Grief Support: Call (678) 604-1054 for dates, times and registration.

  • Al-Anon: Meets every Wednesday, 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday   7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Foundation Education Center.

  • Alcoholics Anonymous: Meets every Wednesday, 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Foundation Education Center. For more information visit: www.aa.org.

  • Narcotics Anonymous: Meets every Friday, 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Foundation Education Center.

  • Fibromyalgia: Meets the last Thursday of every month, 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Foundation Education Center. For more information visit The Arthritis Foundation.

  • Southside Weight Loss Surgery Support: Meets the fourth Tuesday of each month, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Foundation Education Center.
